"I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. The restaurant was not open when we arrived so he ordered us a pizza which he delivered to our room and helped with getting a taxi the next day. There was a fair amount of street noise during the night, but for the price it is great for one night."

"We had 2 rooms- the one-bed room was great. The 3 room suite smelled musty. They ended up moving us to a different room and it was much better. The service was great- they try their best to make your stay good. Food and bars were good. The beach does not have a great swimming area but the beach itself is nice. We did not leave the resort or buy any trips although there are plenty of people that want to sell you trips."
