"Booking in was quick with friendly staff,room was clean & fine for short stay,breakfast was excellent great choice & well presented,we were at Lords for the cricket & the hotel was virtually opposite our entrance,lots of buses to Baker St & beyond free with my bus pass,all in all perfect"

"The kitchen was well furnished and the fridge large. Opposite of other review. There were a few scratches here and there in the apartment, but you need to look for them. Great to have access to 3 acre private park out the back door. Bakerloo tube much more convenient than I had thought. Quiet area. Just not many restaurants nearby. Good Tesco Express just about a 2 minute walk. VRBO host canceled on me at the last minute. This place saved by London visit!"

"The place was clean and the automated check worked fine. Our unit was on the third floor with the kitchen above that under a sloped ceiling. Bumped our heads a few times before got used to that. The neighborhood lacks local restaurants of interest so we ate while out visiting."

"All was really lovely aside from having to switch rooms because my luggage couldn’t be carried up/down stairs. The staff were very helpful and switched it to another room where I could wheel the luggage myself."

"The staff were amazing. They were friendly and accommodating and assisted in getting tour and theater tickets.The facility was clean and well maintained. The breakfast available had something for everyone and was available for a reasonable amount of time each day. The rooms are quite small and the hallways are narrow but there is so much to do in London you won’t find yourself in the hotel for long anyway."
