"I couldn’t recommend Zarco B&B enough! I stayed for a solo trip and it was perfect. The location is amazing - right on the marina waterfront in close proximity to shops, bars, restaurants - and taxis/tours are very happy to pick you up right outside. I felt very safe at all times and the 24 hour reception really helped with this (you can come and go as you please at any time). "We had a lovely stay here while visiting Madeira. The staff was super friendly, the room was nice and clean and despite the fact that the B&B is located in the middle of the city center, there was no street noise in the room. Perfect place to stay with all of Funchal center in walking distance. "

"Beautiful view, friendly staff, clean spacious room and cozy atmosphere. Delicious breakfast with other guests. We enjoyed visiting with them at the start and end of your day.
Restaurants are in Funchal which is good exercise to go down then up the hill back or by car.
I highly recommend staying here!"
