"The service given in this Road was nothing short of exceptional. From arranging airport transfers to dinner and trip recommendations. Ahmed, the main man, looked after every need meticulously. He provided a data loaded smart phone to ensure we could navigate the surrounding areas to car parks and medina ( the only downside to this trip was navigating the way to ad from the hotel through a rabbit warren of alleyways) Ahmed provided what can only be described as 5 star service during our stay but...

"Wonderful, kind hosts. Had a great time at this hotel. I especially enjoyed the spacious room and many places to hang clothes. There was a hairdryer, no tv, private bathroom and a balcony to hang out on. Sometimes you could hear noise from outside but it’s a very quiet street overall, and we were on the ground floor so it was not a problem. Would highly recommend."

Super market downstairs. Abdessalam greeted me upon entry and assisted with anything I needed. He also scheduled a few excursions for me. Thank you for everything ! "Loved our stay at road noire D'ivore. It was luxury but felt authentic right in the middle of everything. The rooms were ompeccable- we stayed at the zebra room with the private hot tub. The service was amazing and personal. The hammam we booked was fantastic as well- we should have done it more. Oh and the restaurant was fantastic!! Would absolutely stay again. "

"Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...
