"The place was nice. I noticed it wasn't no dish cloth or pods for the dish washer. The rags and towels wasn't so clean. I had to rewashed them, because the had dirt stain and some of the kitchen utensils wasn't really clean. Other than that everything else was good. The place was spacious and really nice."

"Terrible experience. Dirty. Unclean. Broken door knobs, leaking toilet. Shower head didnt work. Called and emailed with no response. Trash left behind like an old tv and plywood. Remotes didnt work. "El recibimiento que tuvimos fue ingrato una señora de color , nos trato de muy mala manera, sin dar explicaciones nos mandó a un lugar al otro lado de la calle yo le dije que había reservado en Palace resort pero me repitió al "otro lado de la calle" , tuve que llamar a hotel .com luego regresé al hotel y me recibió otra señora de color muy amable y ya no hubo más problema , "
