"1. 청소가 제대로 되어있지 않았고, 캐비넷 상단에 정체 불명의 약품들이 있었음 2. 세탁기가 고장나서 일주일 동안 손으로 직접 빨래 3. 3주 중 뜨거운물이 이틀간 나오지 않음 4. 위의 내용으로 리셉션을 6번 방문 했고 여러번 이메일과 채팅을 보냈지만 제대로된 답변을 받지못함 "

"Mooie grote schone kamer, alles aanwezig net als thuis. Zoals belooft na 3 dagen kamer schoon gemaakt, bed verschoond, nieuwe handdoeken. Ontbijt in diverse restaurantjes voor ons 2 verschillende ( meer is mogelijk) prima ontbijt 5 of 6 verschillende soorten ontbijt. Als je voor 14.30 arriveert even bellen en je kunt je koffers weg zetten en de stad in gaan. Werkt het zelfde bij vertrek om 11.00. Prima appartement we zouden daar zo weer naar terug gaan. Metrostation is op 7/10 min.lopen. prima...
