"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. "The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the London Eye & Palace of Westminster. The hotel is huge & very clean. It also serves a very good breakfast & has 2 restaurants on site.
My only complaint is that the sink in our bathroom drained very slowly. It was an inconvenience for us."
