"This is a great value hotel hidden behind a restaurant in the Korean area of Tokyo. It felt safe and friendly and was much quieter than being in Shinjuku itself, yet was only a few hundred metres from a subway stop that let us access the whole city and surrounding area. "Perfect little room in Tokyo. Near the Yamanote line, so easy to go anywhere from there. Konbinis on both sides. Small room, as expected, but clean and comfortable and the space under the bed to put away the luggage is very practical. If you use the laundromat, think to empty the filter in the dryer, because it seemed it hadn’t been done in a while. Otherwise, staff was very kind and the neighbourhood is just lovely!"

"excellent property. Exceptional service from the staff. Only area that could be improved is the laundromat. Quite a hike from our room to the laundromat, and each time to find all machines are busy. Five attempts to use, orally ended in failure. However, our stay was exceptional and this did not ruin it at all. The staff, their behaviour & their professionalism made the stay a great one. "

"We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
