"poor hospitality service, the bell desk employees were RUDE! You had to pay for self-parking, and Wi-Fi, no frig, coffee pot etc. in room, room/maid service. We will NEVER stay there again."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Excellent room view. Gym was small but clean. Pool was great and the pool wait staff did an excellent job checking on guests."

"We had our light on to clean the room and when we came back from a tour (HOT AND SWEATY) the room wasn't even touched by 6 pm. When I called to get towels at least and to find out why the room was clean, the lady who brought the towels had an attitude like we were the problem. Pool closes way too early. Went to get our free coffee/water vouchers and they acted like they were hers."
