"The Breakfast was caos , not enough tables people were standing around with no where to sit , no cutlery had to use plastic knife and fork on paper plates .. Never seen that before at any hotels . Room was clean and comfortable. Just the breakfast situation was terrible"

"Got to the hotel early and hotel staff was super accommodating. Helpful with nearby suggestions and what to do while in town. Breakfast and dinner were good for buffets food and there are made to order stations. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but I could see it from my room and it was always packed. Paying to park as a hotel guest was the only downside."

"Staff was super sweet, friendly and helpful. Allowed our daughter to “adopt” a black bear that she got to take with her and keep. The room itself was more like a motel than hotel or lodge. The door did not feel secure, and some of the outlets weren’t working. The pool and hot tub was fine, but it has seen some better days."
