"Resort needs updating. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our curtains were not on track properly and very difficult to open/close. Food in the Samurai Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant was mediocre. We did find a good variety of offerings in the Buffet and chose to eat out on the patio for breakfast and dinner which was quiet and relaxing. The service in the buffet was good. Excellent desserts and omelettes too."

You can tell the staff takes real pride in keeping the entire resort incredibly clean and welcoming. Every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. A very special shoutout to Victor Montel — he went above and beyond in every interaction. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He truly elevated our experience and is a big reason we’ll be coming back. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, feel valued, and enjoy top-tier service, this is it. Highly recommend!"

"This property is outstanding. No big crowds, lots of personal attention. Beach was very clean and not covered in seaweed. The property has a historic feel to it, very classic. Do not go here if you are looking for an ultra modern architecture experience. Nor should you go here if your looking for a party vibe. Very relaxing quiet redort with outstanding service. There is a butler waiting for you nearly everytime you leave your room! Restaurants are great too."

"Lots of poolside seating available, very clean rooms and property, food was good, good food at the snack bar, check in very easy. only dislike was there was so much grass in the beach water. There was only a small spot to swim"
