"It is very nice. They don’t speak English very well but they tried their best. It’s best if you can speak Japanese. The dinner and breakfast was amazing. And there is also an onsen which is great. It is a traditional ryokan so be prepared to take off your shoes. It was a bit annoying to have to wear 2 different slippers for the hallway and the bathroom which was only a few feet from my room. "We loved our stay at The Gran Resort Princess Fujikawaguchiko. We arrived late at night and they were very helpful with check-in and once we realized I had left a cellphone behind in the taxi they were very quick to help us find it and contact the taxi company. "The room was spacious (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) and clean. The beds were big but a tiny bit hard. The breakfast buffet was excellent with extensive choices both Japanese and enough western food options for our picky family :). I enjoyed the Onsen a few times and the location was perfect, just a 3 minute walk from Gora Station with direct access to the Hokane-Tozan railway and Cable Car (to ropeway). I would recommend this to all my friends visiting this area in the future. "
