"まずプライベート空間がしっかり確保されていて、家族３人の時間を満喫することができました。 スタッフの方々の対応も迅速かつ丁寧で、安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。 お肉は量が多くて食べきれないかもって思いましたが、とても美味しくて平らげました。残念だったのが、ミネストローネは味が薄くて残してしまいました。もう少し煮詰めれば良かったのかもしれません。 サウナと温泉ももちろん良かったですが、特に焚き火が楽しかったです。スペースも広く、のんびりと寛ぐ事ができました。 雨も降り雷も光りましたが、テントからみるその景色は自然を感じることが出来ました。 綺麗な富士山を眺めながら、贅沢な滞在時間を過ごす事が出来ました。"

"This was our third time staying at Hakone Gora KARAKU, and it’s still one of our favorite places in Hakone. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from Gora Station. We booked a room with a semi-open private onsen tub, which my wife really enjoyed. I spent more time in the public baths with sauna and steam (they switch each night). "The property is nice and Quiet. You can hear the forest talk in the morning. And morning walks to the local village was one of my highlights of my stay. The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes. I don’t speak Japanese and had never been to Japan. They helped me navigate the train system in Japan and get me to the nearest station and had a driver come pick me up. I went to Japan to see...

"The villa is very spacious and everything is so brand new that i can smell the renovation! You have everything you need for a family here and we actually cook the dinner here. But you need to drive to this hotel cause it is distant from station. I will return to enjoy the villa here again! "
