"Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door."

"Just love it"

"2days ago, we experienced a serious safety hazard involving my 83-year-old mother. After dinner around 8:40 PM, my mother returned to our room to bathe while I briefly went out. "Superb customer service Compliments to Mr Gigi"

"Perfect place to stay in Tokyo, Ginza area. Room is spacious, especially the bathroom with double sinks. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Location is perfect for shopping and dining. Subway station entrance is just in front of the hotel."

"Beautiful, peaceful hotel with an amazing view. The location is slightly removed from the busy tourist spots, which is really nice to get a break from. But it is close enough to make visiting areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku and Ginza easy. They had great shower water pressure, a good amount of space and pretty good sound proofing in the rooms!"

"Good and nice staff hotel"

"I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance. It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."

"Amazing stay"

"Great stay. Love it. But pity no connecting room"
