"The service is exceptional. Elio will help you with scheduling water taxis and other services. Great restaurant recommendations. There is no food in the hotel. The property is located in the center of Venice in a great location. The room is very clean and beautiful. The room was smaller than anticipated after viewing the photos. The room had a small bathroom with a shower, no tub and a small closet."

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"I liked being greeted by staff like I was an old friend. They sat us comfortably in a cozy lobby area with drinks and warmth. To be honest until we got here I was not liking Italy at all. This hotel and staff was/is all the good stories I have heard about Italy. I liked it so much I changed our trip and extended our stay here in Venice another day. "Firstly, I’ve traveled extensively and never complained about a hotel but this have one was really bad. Hotel staff at front desk unwelcoming and rude. Shockingly poor experience compared with all the other hotels we stayed at in Italy. Our room smelled oppressively like cologne or chemical scent. Clearly they’re masking other smell. It smelled so bad I got an headache and our clothes smelled for hours after only 30 minutes in the room. Also the Bathroom smelled oppressively heavily of...

"Cute room, decent bed, coffee pods and machine supplied. Noticed that fridge and heating didn't seem to turn on but didn't need either. Handy cafe below with discount for staying. Would stay again. Handyman Noel is very friendly and looks after property well. "

"The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."

"Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. "

"Was extremely clean property was in excellent condition. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The court yard was very nice and relaxing to hangout for an evening night cap. The only thing is if your are sensitive to fragrance they have a system that make the hotel public areas including the outside smell very floral can be a bit overwhelming. The upside is you don’t smell the canal water smells."
