"Very rude staff - Even with a handicapped person who accompanied me. Terrible security staff services and front desk staff. Even being a Hilton honor and platinum Expedia : no recognition. Really a pity for a Hilton hotel, even more at the airport. Will file an official complaint. Thanks."

"I had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the amenities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. "Overall, this property is pretty average. The rooms are nice sized, but the bathrooms are very tiny and the door to the bathroom didn’t sit flush so you would have to push and pull on it to get it to open. The staff was nice and let me check in early, they also kept our luggage while we explored more of the city after check out. I do have several complaints about the property itself. The walls are VERY thin, we could hear our neighbors walking around and speaking very clearly through the walls...

"The staff were amazing. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating with everything from transportation to restaurant suggestions to storing our luggage. It is a clean and comfortable place, but the people made it great! If you’re a light sleeper, it is a bit noisy from the nearby trains and planes, but we were exhausted and didn’t care!"

"Breakfast was kinda bland flavor wise. Someone’s room service sat in the hallway for almost 24 hours before it was picked up by the staff causing a trip hazard for other guest. We were told the only parking option was valet, was not a fan of that. The helpfulness of the front desk staff was hit or miss. Some were nice some couldn’t care less. This was my first time in Boston so we didn’t really know what to expect."

"Only stayed for one night but it was a great hotel stay. It was my first time at a Citizen M and I will definitely be returning. The staff were very friendly. Room was clean and modern. I had issues with my iPad in the room and the staff was very quick and helpful. The only con I would say is that there was no on site parking but we were able to find parking nearby with spothero. I still would give 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely return to a citizen M hotel "

"The harborside inn was a great stay. The location is perfect. The rooms are on the smaller end but it’s super cozy. The restaurant downstairs is helpful along with the 7/11 on the property. It’s a super cool building/layout."
