"Overall it was a good stay. However, it was rather inconvenient that coffee/tea and hot water facilities are not in each room. It would have been better as tourists are already tired from their day of exploring the falls and when unwinding in the respective rooms would like to have a cup of hot tea but have to now come downstairs to get some hot tea. Also, it would have been great if there was complimentary parking for your guests - covered parking if possible. It was a really wet and raining day when we arrived and have had to take our overnight bags and walk in the rain to get to the hotel. The Observation Deck was great and it was wonderful to see Niagara Falls from it. A lovely sight that will forever remain in our memories of this trip to the Falls!"
