"You need a key fob to get in the building and a physical key to get in the unit. Pickup for these was a 10 minute walk and included crossing a crazy intersection at Vauxhall. I had to get the keys from a convenience store and talked to someone who barely spoke English. The entire transaction seemed super shady. "The room and staff are excellent. The cleanliness and courtesy of the staff was excellent also.
The disappointing thing was after an overnight flight to London from New York we landed at 7:30 in the morning.
Our room was not made available until 3pm after asking multiple times.
Beyond this incident we are very happy with the accommodations."

"We booked a Deluxe Queen Room, we didn’t seem to get that, due to late check in, it would appear that we got allocated some form of accessible room which wasn’t what we booked, this meant that our bathroom was a wet room and really not what we wanted at all, the entire floor of the bathroom got soaked each time the shower was used, the Air con in the room didn’t seem to work properly. Possibly should have addressed this with the hotel directly but we only used it for sleeping but upon reflection...

"Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es relativ warm und das Zimmer hat sich schnell aufgeheizt. Es gibt einen Deckenventilator und einen kleineren Ventilator mit Fernbedienung, auf dem Tisch. Damit lässt es sich ganz gut aushalten. Wenn man aber das Fenster öffnet, um am Abend die kühlere Luft reinzulassen, sollte man nicht geräuschempfindlich sein, da der Strassenlärm und auch der Fluglärm schon sehr laut ist! Bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist kaum möglich.
Wenn man Probleme mit Treppensteigen hat,...

The secret spot is the Garden. You’ll have to see it to believe it.

The staff is so nice. Every single person is so sweet. Anything you need they’re there for you at any moment.
The the bar with egg whites, and gin… ask for it it’s the best you’ll be hooked.
