"You have to check in on the money to yourself. You can’t have the agents help to do it, which is unusual for me. Everything else was great. The staff and everything but the rooms are much smaller than what I’m used to for the amount of money I paid for."

If there is a downside, the rooms are limited in space so if you have big luggages, it will be a challenge to maneuver. "

"We stayed here for three nights and had a room with a view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, along with lounge access. The view was spectacular from both the room and the lounge. Surprisingly, even the laundry room on the 19th floor of the South Tower offers a fantastic view. The check-in process was seamless.
