"Typisches Stadthotel in London mit sehr guter Lage – die nächste Metro ist nur etwa 1 Minute entfernt, was perfekt für Ausflüge ist.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, auch wenn der Zustand der Unterkunft insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist – für einen Städtetrip aber völlig in Ordnung.
Das Frühstück ist klassisch englisch, ausreichend und bietet für jeden etwas. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel für einen London-Aufenthalt."

"The heat in the room was intolerable even with a fan that was given. The AC clearly was not functioning and the room was at 29 degrees! When the staff was asked about this the only response I had was that the system is in the winter setting so heat is generated. A bit disappointed considering we have stayed previously. Most likely will never rebook again and go for other alternatives where the staff are more helpful and where the AC actually works! "

"I had a great stay at Point A Canary Wharf in London. The location is excellent just steps away from the Tube, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. It’s also in a nice, modern area with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.
The hotel itself is a good, affordable option. The rooms are compact but clean and comfortable, perfect if you’re mainly out exploring during the day. The common areas are on the smaller side, so it’s not really a place to hang out for long...

"Walkable environment, the property was within walking distance from restaurants, pubs, transportation and West End shows. The breakfast was was okay - I prefer eating outside the hotel.
Here were the cons:
I did not enjoy the customer service. When I asked for extra pillows, the staff told me that it wasn't there policy as they only have two pillows for each person. The pillows are very flat and provide no support.
I also asked for a water bottle for the room and the staff were very rude....
