"I didn’t see this when I was booking the hotel but check-in isn’t until 6 PM. Are you kidding me? And then to add insult to injury check out is 10 AM. "They have you here as there is not much to Choose from for miles! Had a two bedroom apt with one A/C in the window in one of the bedrooms… so the whole unit was stuffy and warm except for that bedroom. Shower was good, bed comfy. Curtains kind of hanging in spots.. some lamps didn’t work. Restaurant food was very good."

"We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was excellent. Really spacious and comfortable, large and comfy bed, very clean too. Well stocked kitchen and a great deck area to sit on at night. Included breakfast in the main building was also pretty decent and the hotel is conveniently located to get in to Estes Park town centre, or to RMNP."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything to me, including all the details about the amenities like the pool and sauna. I also really appreciated that they had coffee and water with lemon available in the lobby at all times.As for the room, it was clean and the bed was acceptable for a good night's sleep. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The washroom is dated and should be remodeled, and it might be time to change...

"Stayed here on the evening of September 8th. Exterior, has great places to walk Interior, the room reeked of cigarettes, the rooms are incredibly outdated and the AC didnt work so the room is like a sauna. Almost impossible to sleep in. To top off our horrible stay at this location, we woke up to over 10k in damages on my vehicle after parking in their lot overnight. Dealing with the manager Jessi to get footage is incredibly difficult as they do not know how to use their own camera system...
