"The young woman working at the front desk was so kind and friendly. I loved that she remembered my name at check out. The room was clean and spacious and we liked having the full kitchen. The one thing we don’t like is the deep soaker tub. For us seniors it’s a challenge (and a bit dangerous) getting in and out for a showe. A walk in shower would be much better and accessible for everyone. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
