"Didn’t expect much. A place to sleep after a long day at Disney. With that said, seemed like the property hadn’t been updated in many years. The elevator was dirty and full of scratched in graffiti. No breakfast which was expected but the 24 hour shop was unreasonably priced. I get it is a tourist trap but at least update things if you’re going to charge for certain amenities. "

"I had a terrible experience staying here and would not recommend this location. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary airport shuttle to and from LAX. However, when we got on the shuttle at the airport, we were told it would actually cost $10 USD per person for what was literally a 3-minute drive. When we questioned this, the shuttle driver, front desk staff, and even the manager were extremely rude and dismissive, despite us showing proof that...

"Juanita at the front desk was awesome. She is friendly, helpful and easy to talk with. The rooms need dehumidifiers. There is so much moisture in the air the bed linens were damp. Everything you sat in the room would absorb the moisture from paper to clothes. Other than that, it was a good stay. Thank you Jaunita for the laughs. "
