Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests."

"The property is situated on a farm. It’s a static mobile home but it is well equipped with comfy beds, two bathrooms with lots of toiletries. The kitchen was well equipped and the host had left food and drinks in the fridge which were a super surprise. It has everything you need but there is no view and the property sits near a railway track. Trains go by infrequently."

"Generally good, clean & well equipped. We did have problems with the shower which would only maintain temperature for approx 1 min & then would turn freezing cold. The only way to reset it was to turn it off & back on again for another 1 minute warm shower. Otherwise a nice property with comfy sofas & good value for money. "

"Before we arrived at the cottage the owners messaged to let us know all the details for getting into the house with great directions. Arrived to a beautiful cottage which was very clean. Our family stayed here for a long weekend and it was a great base to go and explore. We weren't very far away from Horsey Beach so we went to see the seals which was a great memory. Can highly recommend a stay at Willow Farm Cottage 🙂"

"Lovely clean well equipped home, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. It was a very hot weekend and so some fans would have helped but that’s the only negative. Also a later checkout , perhaps 11am would have been a more relaxing end to a great weekend."
