"It feel very dated around parts of the hotel and the bed was rather noisy even when making slight adjustments in my sleep. Rooms were ridiculously hot when we arrived so slept with the fan on (in February) "

"There was very little staff available on the night, there wasn’t an option for any drinks or a bar no restaurant. The room was cold, radiator took ages to warm up and windows didn’t shut properly. On the morning I left I was met by another member of staff who was clearly on something. I should of spent an extra £10 and stayed at a travel lodge."

"The bathroom was lovely and great toilet paper quality and towels, nice toiletries too. Nice tea tray and bed was comfy. However there was a gaping hole filled with cobwebbed pipes and the view out of the window was over bins. The room was cold but a portable heater was provided and sufficient. "So i irrived to a bed. Good start. Anne franks attick would be the ritz compared to this. Tv didn't work, heater didn't work, dispite me being advised to plug it in by the lady on reception. This turned out to not be a problem as she worked out how to put the heating on permanently for the next 2 day. Breakfast on the 1st morning wasn’t something id normally spend 7 quid on as it leaked oil from everywhere, i didn't have a 2nd Breakfast as the other guest sitting with his 4 pint cans of Stella...

"Convenient location at M62 service station, perfect for anyone wanting to rest on a long journey. Extremely competitive price, comfortable room. Not actually that easy to pop into Brighouse, should that be required "

"I didn't have breakfast. However, whilst the room was tidy the pillows were like concrete blocks. Also the bathroom had damp and fungus because they dont have an extractor fan. The room also are in need of decoration. I paid £89 and i wouldnt say it was worth £30. Disappointed. Whilst the lady on reception was polite and courteous i wont be staying there again. I work in Leeds a few times a year so i will put this on my 'do not use' list of properties."

"Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back "

"Room was freezing and very out dated. Had a double bed and sofa bed in family room wasn’t big enough for 2 people to sleep on. Breakfast was horrible nothing left of anything and staff kept say 20 mins till fresh came out. "
