"Room clean and basic. No drawer or wardrobe space so think it is better for no more than a nights stay. We stayed two nights and the bed was comfy and we had a great sleep. However, the bathroom can’t fit two people in it so expect to wait for a space to brush your teeth!"

"We booked this for the night before heading off on a cruise. Excellent location, close to train station and able to get a taxi to the cruise port which cost £10. Room was small but had everything we needed, bed was really comfy and the bathroom facilities were great - place was spotless and staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We didn’t bother with breakfast as we were heading off. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend. "

"Loved our stay. It was my birthday & they left a card & 2 mini bottles of wine & water. Had been upgraded to Executive seaview balcony room sadly the weather was atrocious so couldn't use it. Comfortable bed, pillows, lovely clean room & bathroom. Just perfect. Had a nice lunch in Leo's & breakfast was excellent. "

"Room was fine but noise from loud music in dining room below was unacceptable. Couldn’t keep window open due to traffic noise even at night. Good breakfast . Parking arrangements very limited and hotel demands supplementary payment at checkin for parking. Check in was protracted process. Not ideal."

"Alicia (the blonde haired lady on reception - hoping i’ve remembered your name correctly!) was absolutely incredible with looking after us. The food was delicious with a very generous breakfast spread, the spa was clean and tidy. The room was so comfortable and tidy, lovely bed!! only a few things which we feel could improve; the coffee, tea and biscuits were not restocked every day so we often had to call to ask. Flannels and a toilet roll were not always resupplied so we needed to call for those too. Kids were very loud and splashing in the pool so the spa wasn’t always the most relaxing. However, we are so thankful for our stay and we will be back!! Thank you Alicia for making it so special, we hope to see you again on our next visit! 5 stars to Alicia (so sorry if my spelling is wrong!) but please do pass on my praise. "
