"Clean rooms, staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is beautiful and located next to the Train station Keiyo Line. The Gamily Mart store connected to the hotel is great and opened 24 hours a day. Would recommend staying here for sure as you are not far away from anything. "

"The hotel is huge so you have to walk a distance to your room or to breakfast . Good location in that it is at the airport if your flight arrives late in the evening or earlier morning. "The room was a decent size, clean and it was cleaned everyday. Some toiletries (like razors) are paid for extras. There is no service to your room (for example if you need an iron, extra pillows or blankets etc you need to head down to the front desk to pick it up) which is a bit weird for a hotel."
