"The hotel has its own bakery where you can watch the pastries being made. You can purchase the pastries at the hotel restaurants. Service from housekeeping, To the concierge, to front desk. The front manager even took time out of his busy schedule to speak to me. 5 stars truely earned and deserved. Fitness center very well equipped also a center manager there for guidance. POOL very clean and well.maintained. Cooler then you may think for summer. Excellent facilities."

"Shout out to Ivan, Lobby Ambassador for his continuous courtesy and assistance throughout my stay. Hotel is in a prime location on border of downtown core and Chinatown with a convenient MRT blue line station right across the street. Rooms, while not large, are comfortable enough given the price. Sky Pool is lovely, but could benefit from a staff person supervising lounge chairs and keeping the area tidy."
