Hotel dekat Museum Oriental

"We enjoyed the spacious suite that had a gorgeous view of Durham Cathedral. The location was perfect walking distance to the river and attractions and restaurants in town."

"We were very happy with our stay . Beautiful hotel in an amazing location"

"Don’t sleep a wink as it was terribly noisy as the students were out all night and it was raining so something was dripping very loudly just outside the window"

"Diddn't use parking or spa but hotel was very convenient for the city centre. Dining room a bit cold. Excellent choice at breakfast and evening meals tasty."

"Great location if you’re planning on walking around Durham to check out the sites. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options. If I come back to Durham I will certainly stay here."

"The staff were very welcoming. The room was very tired."

"Good value for money. Very busy over the last couple of days so it took over forty minutes to get our order taken for breakfast on Thursday - which came without the veggie sausage as stated on the menu. I would probably skip the breakfast in future."

"Good size bedroom, excellent breakfast, great staff"

"First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

"Quirky rooms but very unclean, tv was like watching a tv from 2010 terrible quality."

"This was a very old historical building in as good of a shape as it could be. Some uneven floors and a lot of steps to get to your room. It was small and quiet charming. The staff was pleasant and helpful. A bus stop was right out the side. Very pleasant. The bed was nice, no air conditioning, but it was fairly cool when we went in August, 2026. They had a fan. We are from Florida so the low 70's was a joy for us for August."

"All in all fantastic that's why I keep going back."

"Fantastic stay. Great location. Staff wonderful. Great breakfast Highly recommend"

"The lady who checked in was so lovely, even took us to our room. Every member of staff asks if you need help finding anything and direct you to were you need to be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the room stay was 10/10."
