"The hallway almost right in front of our room smell awful when we arrived, people are putting their trash bag out on the hallway and it sitting there for days without collection. The stuff inside the trash bag become rotten under Florida's heat and it smells terrible. Room service comes with additional cost, they don't even come to take your trash, this is why so many trash bags was in the hallway, the ice machine did not work in our room, we messaged them to ask for ice and had to finally go...
