The hotel is overall in relatively good condition. The materials and repairs look well maintained, and the place feels solid from a physical standpoint.
However, the breakfast is very expensive for what it offers. You can easily have a much better breakfast for about a quarter of the price at any of the nearby boulangeries.
The staff is not very friendly, but they do help when needed and get things done. Service is functional, but not warm.
The biggest issue with this hotel is the cleaning service. It is poor. The rooms are not cleaned properly, and the overall hygiene is not at a good level. For example, you can come back at 5 PM after being out all day and your room is still not done. Sometimes they even come at 6 PM to clean, which is not acceptable.
It feels like there is a lack of organization and supervision in housekeeping. This is something the hotel should seriously improve, with better management and better-trained staff.
Also, the rooms are relatively small.
Overall, the stay is okay, but the cleaning service is a major weakness that affects the experience.
