"Staffs are very kind. Nice and clean facilities are very good for families with small kids. This resort has most beautiful beach in Cancun area. No rocks in the sea, it is very important for small kids who is playing in the ocean. However, sound proof of the room is seriously weak. I could hear normal conversations of next room. Also, this resort has many private events with noisy music over 10:30pm. This resort has many pools, but they are bit small. If you want to enjoy swimming in the pool, it will be a disappointing. Even I am a gold member, no room upgrades was little disappointing to me, but I already reserved top notch room, it was understandable. Overall, very good resort for family."

"Beautiful resort and the food was good. Only thing was the pastries at the sport bar that tasted and smell bad. If you are hungry late at night there are no other options but whatever they have at the sport bar"

"Well maintained property. Our room was spacious and was kept clean with daily housekeeping service. Fridge was well stocked. Most of the staff were friendly, though most of the restaurants and the pool area seemed like they could use more staff. The restaurants that were open only for dinner were pretty small, so make sure to make reservations as soon as you check in. For some reason, it was always warm in the restaurants (poor a/c or ventilation?). The buffet was great… but if you stay for a week, food choices get to be repetitive. Food at Swichi and Mamma Mia were delicious! Nightly shows and live music were entertaining! Overall, we had a great stay."

"Excellent resort. Food is great, love breakfast buffet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Tete and Val butler service are excellent, these ladies are very nice and helpful. Appreciate all who work hard for us. Only one thing needs to be improved in my opinion . Please remove seaweed from the shore early morning, not at noon , some guests, like us , love swimming in the ocean in the morning time. . And If so the resort would be just perfect.. Thank you. Will return next year."
