Grand Riviera Princess - All Inclusive

"We recently spent 8 nights at the Grand Riviera Princess. The property was beautiful, The majority of the staff was so polite and welcoming that you honestly felt like you were on a carefree holiday. Anabel from the Concierge service was a life saver and made the trip very special. My kids (12-15) loved the water park, activity pool, and the beach. We all loved the fact that this is such a family friendly resort and that there were so many other kids for them to meet and hang out with during the course of the trip. The only think I could ask for would have been a few more bartenders spread throughout the resort. I know that they were only at about 60% capacity while we were there but they felt a bit short staffed. Everyone did their best to keep up and it didn't impact the trip at all but I felt bad for the staff that was doing all they could to keep up. Cruz and Fernando at the Activity Pool swim up bar were amazing. I would have given the resort 5 stars but there was one issue. Actually, it is my only real complaint about the resort, Jonathan from the Concierge desk. He was very rude and not the least bit helpful. As someone that works in a service based industry it is honestly surprising to me that someone like him could have a job in a client/customer facing role. He has no business being around guests with his poor attitude. Other than Jonathan it was a great trip and a great place to spend our vacation."

"I loved the swim out room the refills of the. Refrigerator daily? The breakfast buffet was awesome.Jeremy, Karen, Herberto at the lobby bar made us feel special every morning. I did not like the constant push for spa services it was all day everyday which was aggravating to me. Pool Zumba and volleyball was so fun! Loved the 24 hour sports bar and arcade area. The resort was great for our family of 6. Ages from 22 to 76! The party was set for everyone! Thanks for a great time!!!! Tam ATL"
