"Beware of the undercooked bacon for breakfast at Liberti. Two mornings with undercooked bacon and two lunches with undercooked pork chops. Bed in 456 is very firm and dirty. Sliding glass door is old and fogged over blocking a nice ocean view. Husband got sick from the food. I waited on a pizza for over an hour and a half at the bar and it never came. We checked out two days early and would not recommend."

"As avid travelers, we can appreciate a great experience. This was hands down the best all-inclusive we have ever been to. Everything was spotless, the service was impeccable and the staff was super friendly: Omar, Miguel, Anturo, Joanna, Pedro, Carmen, Gabriella, to name a few. The restaurants and servers were all fantastic. Seriously didn’t have one bad meal nor one bad server. They are attentive and want to make great memories for you. Already planning to be back."

"Me gustó mucho lo limpia que estaba la propiedad, así como el mantenimiento que se nota le dan. La habitación muy bonita y con gran variedad de amenidades, tiene varios lugares bonitos para tomarse fotos, la comida en todos los restaurantes muy buena. Elegí este hotel para celebrar mi luna de miel y pudo ser una excelente experiencia lo único que lo arruinó fue el servicio de las personas en restaurantes, los host no te hacen sentir nada bienvenidos, no te saludan, no te sonríen, ni te voltean a ver, a los meseros los tienes que estar buscando para que te atiendan, no se acercan a preguntar cómo va todo y parece que les molesta que les pidas algo, que desagradable experiencia. Meseros como Vicente, zury los chicos del restaurante japonés muy bien, así como los recepcionistas y camaristas. Ojalá puedan capacitar a su personal y que traten a todos los clientes por igual, y recordarles que sonreír y ser amables es gratis."

"Resort is very updated and well kept-very nice and helpful staff, very clean and beautiful the only negative, which was no fault of the hotels, was the seaweed! it stunk so bad we didnt use the balcony we upgraded t, nor did we want to go to the bar because of the smell "

"The sister resort next door has way more food options. Pool deck is very rough and needs resurfacing, bring appropriate footwear. Beach front was washed away. Not much sand area and first 20+ feet of ocean is very rocky."
