"We enjoyed the all inclusive package. It was a great deal! The property is beautiful, clean, the amenities amazing, the staff very accommodating and the service great! Rooms are clean. Best feature...Adults Only. It is nice to enjoy a few days without children! Natan at the Italian Bar is 5+ Stars! He makes an amazing espresso martini. Edgar in pool service, ask for him! Do not stay here without having a spa day. This is the by far one of most posh spas I have enjoyed, full body massage with a cenote indoor pool. Ask for Rosalba or Sendy, they are top notch. Best place to eat in my opinion...Ceviva, the fresh ceviche is yummy. The braised beef tacos at the steak house is delish. Finally, the music at the Speakeasy and bartenders make ending the night fun. I would definitely return! Thank you Devossion by Live Aqua staff!"

"To begin the resort itself was very well maintained. From the first day to the last moment, the staff was extremely helpful. Everyone greets you and is always willing to answer questions. The thing that sold us on this resort was the aqua park and it delivered on all levels. Our kids had an absolute blast. They did all the slides. It’s 100 percent kid friendly and this resort definitely lends itself to more family oriented groups. The cenote is awesome. Make sure to jump in and cool off."

"The resort is beautiful,recently renovated and sparkling clean.The rooms that we got were spacious and clean.This is our first resort that the air conditioning was perfect and strong and we never had a sweat during sleep.Next is the personnel,everyone is so nice respectful and hardworking.From the house keeping to bellboys to servers to pool guys and entertainers.The food is tasty plentiful and fresh.A lot of options from buffets to no reservations restaurants.My favorite was the steak house.so thank you RIU palace resort for making our stay unforgettable.we will be back that’s for sure."

"Our stay at Paradisus La Perla Playa del Carmen was absolutely unforgettable! My mom and I had the most wonderful vacation, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Ana from the Concierge team for taking such great care of us. She made all of our dinner reservations throughout our stay and even surprised my mom with a thoughtful birthday celebration that made her day extra special. Every morning, Nelia, Paloma, and Julio at Hadar Restaurant greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service. Starting each day with such kindness truly set the tone for an amazing vacation. We also want to recognize Angel at the pool bar, who crafted some of the best drinks we had all week! Esmeralda, Oscar, and Omar provided outstanding poolside service, always checking on us with friendly attitudes and making sure we had everything we needed to relax. The daily activities were another highlight of our trip. Daniel and Carlos brought so much energy and fun to every activity, making it easy for everyone to join in and have a great time. We especially loved the aqua aerobics classes,the instructor was fantastic and made each session both fun and engaging. From the incredible hospitality to the beautiful resort, delicious food, and fun-filled activities, this trip exceeded all of our expectations. My mom and I created memories we’ll cherish forever, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you!"
