"food was absolutely TERRIBLE, there isn’t enough parking if you have a rental car, getting towels for the pool was EXTREMELY inconvenient, half the restaurants available required reservations that were incredibly hard to get. We booked in the adults only section to be waken up by children playing outside. Honestly everything felt like ab inconvenience or like it required way more effort than necessary.
The staff were however very helpful and the housekeeping was amazing.

" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"Cool place. Nice rooms!
Not much negative about this hotel. Only thing I would recommend if you have physical limits or don't do stairs well after drinking the stairs could be a problem. They are steeper than average.

"El personal que nos ayudo a ir a la habitacion a nuestra llegada, solo tomo una maleta de cabina de ruedas otra maleta que era de hombre me dejo que yo la cargara, hasta abrir la puerta me toco a mi, raro comparado con otros lugares. la luz automatica para acceder al elevador no prendia y tuve que usar la lampara de mi cel para no tropezar. la decoracion aunque es mas una cuestion de gusto personal. No me gusta la falta de cabecera y que haya cables colgados para sostener las lamparas de buro....
