"The property was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and looked exactly as advertised in the photos and descriptions. From the grounds to the rooms, everything was well-maintained and inviting. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only negative interaction we had was with the tour representative, who was very persistent and seemed unwilling to accept “no” for an answer when we declined the presentation....

The keys are left in the door for the next guest which enables anyone to come in your room after housekeeping comes and before the room is assigned to you. "Wonderful service and spotless rooms. Kitchenware and private entrance were convenient for travelers."

"One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel."

"The stuff was friendly but did not speak English. Same breakfast everyday, eggs ONLY no variety. Only one coffee machine in the entire hotel and it’s only available during breakfast AND it keeping breaking every now and then. Far from the beach because it’s behind the resorts. You have to go around them which is about 15 mins walk. "

"The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in. "
