"This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. "Would not recommend. 1) Charge for lost pool towels. First day had my towel stolen from the chair when we were a couple feet away in the pool. 2) Have a cocktail menu, but most of the bartenders don't know how to make the majority of the drinks on it. 3) Have a beer menu with 4-5 beers, but when asked, only 1 was ever available. 4) Had to wait over an hour for our food at the Mexican restaurant, which requires reservations. 5) Ceiling started leaking on second day. "The kitchenette room has absolutely nothing in it The kitchen is completely empty. When I approached their front desk they said people usually bring their own things not a glass not a coffee maker, nothing. No stsrter items, when i say nothing i mean nothing. The apartment was not clean, it had water all over the floor. No blankets. This is a dive hotel, do not stay here. "

"Zimmer unsauber . Personen hat wirklich nicht mal1 Stern verdient. Parkplätze ist das einzige warum das Hotel 1 Stern bekommt . Des Öfteren hatten wir kein Strom und kein Wasser, geschweige denn überhaupt warmes Wasser wir hatten mal einen ganzen Tag kein Strom und Wasser und das hat den Besitzer da gar nicht gejuckt. Und wenn es regnet dann regnet es auch bisschen in Zimmer also dieses Hotel ist nur gut für Leute die keine Wohnung haben und da zu übernachten Ich schreibe nicht mal alles auf...

"The concierge, a woman, very rude, she pretends no speak English, Spanish or any language, she didn't answer questions,had to wait 30 minutes to show up in the reception desk, know I have three suitcases gave me a top three floor room with not elevators. A poor guy, employee brought all the suitcases up to third floor. The reception desk always was alone"
