"Fist, facilities are beautiful , the resort don’t have beach in front that you can use you have to walk like 10 minutes to get there
They needs to improve the rules of the main pools

Small baby’s, children’s in the jacuzzi for long time . They’re a children poor but they prefer adult pools so you can’t enjoy properly

"The resort was nice and clean. But kind of old. The rooms need maintenance the shower was broken, as the jacuzzi handles as well.
The food was not good in my opinion and they serve the same thing in all places."

"I had a good time with my families, but the hotel doesn't have activities besides the night show. They provide a list of activities for everyday but they don't do it. Most of the restaurants are no available, they don't specify during reservation that the Dominican restaurant during breakfast and is for Club members only, The pool is good, staff is great, the guys receiving people in the front are really professional and friendly, the front desk, housekeeper, waiters and Spa ladies.
