"We had an excellent stay overall. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was great, and the atmosphere was relaxing from start to finish. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff — every employee we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their service and attitude made us feel valued throughout our stay.
The only downside was the room smell. Housekeeping clearly kept the room very clean, but there was still a persistent musty/humidy odor that never completely went away. It did not ruin the trip, but it was noticeable enough to mention.
Despite that issue, we still had a wonderful experience and would definitely return again soon."
