"Dilcon provided an amazing guest experience. Our initial trip was delayed due to an airplane malfunction so we didn't arrive until the next day. He was helpful with changing our reservations and following up with us on our stay, our flight and our shuttle. The room they provided us was amazing with excellent views. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Anytime we requested anything, they were there right away offering assistance. The gym was well kept and had a lot of machines and weights, which we appreciated during our time.
Julio and Robinson were awesome servers. We enjoyed seeing them each day. They greeted us with a smile on their faces.
