"Beautiful boutique hotel with private patio/garden area. Food was great and so was the staff. The property is located within the trendy Pronti neighborhood and is close to all major historic sites, without having to deal with the "day to day" crowded tourist scene. Will definitely want to go back! neighborhood. "

"This is definitely not your typical hotel…we had a hard time getting in the building bc it’s not a hotel it’s actually like an apartment complex. The room was inside of an actually suite. We had a hard time communicating with someone bc remember this is not a hotel so no personal assistant. The room was okay and clean, central area but I will not consider this for another stay."

"The location was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding with hot food, pastries, fruit, yogurt and great service by Eric! Air conditioning and heat worked well, though we didn’t need either very much. The bed was comfortable and they provided toiletries for the shower. We were happy that there was an elevator! Overall it was a wonderful stay."

"The property was perfect for our needs!! Our daughter is doing a study abroad with SJU. It was a 10-minute walk. Perfect location. Very close to everything. Great local restaurants steps away. I guess I was unprepared to have it be on a third floor apartment. At the time they had scaffolding around the building as well. Which was not their fault of course. Walking in we were pleasantly surprised at how quaint the setup was. They had coffee and tea which was available throughout the day. And...

Ms. Ferri, the point person who was at the building daily was communicative, helpful, generous with her time and suggestions and above all, friendly. She asked us OUR needs for cleaning and supplies. She reached out long before our arrival with transport options from the airport and then when we left. She helped...

"Amenity was good since I wasn’t expecting any. Location was very convenient since it was close to the meeting place of my tour. Hotel entrance was difficult to find, but the receptionist was very helpful."

"Great property located within the heart of Prati with a great view of St. Peter's Dome just a few blocks away. Metro access is a short two block walk giving you quick and easy access all over Rome. "Einchecken war etwas schwierig da wir vorher keine WhatsApp für die Anmeldung bekommen haben. Standen 45 min vor der Tür und mussten vorher die Anmeldung übers Handy machen bevor sie uns reingelassen haben. Aber dafür war dann das Zimmer Mega. Jeden Tag wurde super saubergemacht. Das Ambiente ist total toll und es liegt total zentral. Würd ich jederzeit empfehlen und wieder buchen. "
