"Place was perfect. Not a huge elevation that made it hard on me or my car, but enough distance from the noise to feel at a cabin. Perfectly clean, spacious, and plenty to do. The location was ideal, only 12 mins from all the fun in the city. "

"Amazing cabin at an amazing price! It is huge and spacious, making it perfect for a larger family. The cabin has everything you need, including a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, and even an additional microwave and small refrigerator downstairs. The location is excellent—only about 15 minutes from the park entrance and downtown, where all the fun activities are. I highly recommend this cabin. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you for helping make our family...

"It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it."

"Easy, nice parking lot downstairs, the only thing I didn’t like was the elevator. It shook from time to time, so sometimes scary haha but besides that.. great location, great price and good room."

"Elevator out. Pool was closed. Room smelled musty and moldy. Carpet was gross (musty/moldy). There was no hot water. Visible mold throughout. No real lighting in the room. Breakfast was a continental with the option to microwave pancakes. They did give us another room after they saw all the issues. The new room was much better but still had visible mold and the toilet did not work well (running). This place needs to be closed for a full renovation."

"Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal."

"The stay was absolutely lovely! Would no doubt be 5 stars but the lights in the parking lot are, in fact, that bad. I appreciate the attempt at creating a safer environment but it does almost ruin the balcony and the view after 9 ish. Switching to a security light that is angled down and not up and out would make all the difference. Its like sitting infront of ford f-150 with their brights on. "Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich."
