"This was our second visit, and it didn’t fail to impress. On this occasion we stayed over Christmas, and the hotel was decorated fabulously. We had a castle feature room which was lovely. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner, which again was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were all polite and professional, always chatty with a smile on their faces! Would definitely recommend."

"Was amazing great comfy bed i slept in the last morning thats how comfy it was. Room very clean indeed. "For the price absolutely amazing. Me and wife had a concert at utiliia arena and needed somewhere to stay. The city steps may look rundown but for the price it was completely worth it. The room was clean for £40 the price for both of us we had no complaints. "
