"We loved our stay at Montana Hotel! Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was fabulous. We walked 25km for 2 days & following day tube to Tower Hill to do Tower of London. Walkable to Kensington, Buckingham & beyond. We had large room on lower floor. Room was great but we needed air conditioner on when in room or was stuffy & hot apart from that no problems at all :)"

"The hotel staff here is exceptional! They are 5 star trained. It was unbelievable. I will only be staying at this hotel from now on when I'm in London for the staff alone. Not only are they extremely helpful, but they made my stay so enjoyable. Felt like a my family away from home! "

"I will definitely stay here again. The best thing about Cartwright Gardens was it's proximity to the tube, busses, and trains (St. Pancras/King's Cross Station is a 10 minute walk), as well as the British Museum, British Library, Trafalgar Square, etc. The accommodations themselves are delightful. Small, of course, but containing everything needed for a comfortable and affordable stay. The kitchens have basic necessities-dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, dish soap and cloths. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
