"The setting of the property is breathtaking. The property itself is in need of repairs and updating. In our premium room, the large porcelain bathroom sink had a large crack and a lot of the enamel was chipped off. There were damaged light switches and a lot of wear and tear on the walls and trim. I visited this property about 15 years ago and not much has changed in the rooms and the overall look of the buildings. "A good place to stay with hot tub and Mountain View. However, there are quite a few things made me disappointed with $500 per night in a superior room. when I get in the room, there was lots of tea spill over under the tray and didn’t being clean up. The heating machine was too loud and we can’t get into sleep very well. The other day in the morning, no hot water for shower. Body wash didn’t fill up as well. "

"We've stayed at this hotel many times when it was branded differently. It is newly renovated and beautiful. The Nordic spa intrigues me but it's not cheap. The bed was amazing. This was a one night getaway for my husband's birthday and it was the perfect space."

"We needed a larger space in order to work throughout the weekend. This space was great! The hotel is clean. The staff are wonderful. Although parkade renovations meant a shuttle ride to the vehicle, they were extremely organized in making sure shuttles were always available. My only downside was the bed was a bit too hard for me, so I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked, but that's very much preference and you can't please everyone🙂"

When we arrived, the staff immediately reminded us that only four people were allowed to stay in the room — which we understood and respected. However, during our stay, we experienced a medical emergency and needed to cancel our remaining nights. "We rented a basic 2 queen room. A older looking room, but very spacious and clean. They have removed some of the rugs out of the rooms and replaced them with planking. Very nice. Price was average for a Friday night."
