No elevators so bit of a challenge going upstairs with heavy luggages as the stairs are narrow. Quiet location for a great rest at night even with open windows. "This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff.
