"The place was clean amazing the people are amazing. The workers are amazing. The management is amazing what I don’t like. Is the food. They gotta get better. Majority of it is cold. It’s never hot. The sweets are good. The music I felt like they rise white people over us. I was there for six days. I had to complain in the front desk for them to change their music. They have to play music for teenagers as well. You know not just grown old people that are amazing there because they are it’s just...

"The service was great from the time we arrived until we left. Huge factors are the way the staff treated us. Carolina was in charge of cleaning our room during our stay, she was so polite and always willing to help in any way she could. The drinks served by David at La Calle bar were delicious, he is very knowledgeable in his craft and very friendly. Not a fan of quesadillas but Mario sure found one I really loved and enjoyed it every morning. And lastly, Armando from Kopai just wow, he is very...

"Beautiful hotel and amazing food and service. Everything felt very luxurious and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were super comfortable too. Only issue we had was our room overlooked the marina side with a flat mosaic roof beyond our balcony and there was workman on the other side every day we were there, meaning the balcony was unusable."

"La comida es horrible, menú de comedor industrial que lo puedo tener en mi trabajo, siempre lo mismo y opciones muy baratas para comer. Gimnasio cerrado sin avisar por parte de la propiedad. El hotel en plena remodelación sin acceso a todas sus amenidades y sin dar aviso antes de obtener este paquete.
Los restaurantes temáticos horrible el sazón y platillos, aún y siendo temático ofrecen platillos baratos y de muy baja calidad
Un hotel que jamás volveré a pisar"

"Staff were super sweet and helpful! I would definitely stay here again if I just want to get away without breaking the bank. The reason for my 4 stars is the amount of sales people trying to get you to join their membership program, sale you a massage, sale you jewelry on property…etc. The food and drinks are mediocre and the “all inclusive” package is very confusing since quite a bit is not included. Theres a “Starbucks” thats not included, theres top shelf alcohol not included and every...
