"Clean room but "

"This is describes as a resort.. it is not. They share a pool area with the embassy suites next door. Everything here was a hassle.. from trying to reach the front desk, to parking, even down to getting towels. Nothing here is relaxing. The overall vibe is low-end, out dated, and loud. Not one thing here could be describes and nice, relaxing, or luxurious. We booked for 4 nights and left after 2. I didn't care about the money lost. It was worth it to leave and head east to the much nicer Hyatt Regency. Would not recommend this hotel. "

"This property is at the airport. Food was excellent and everything in the room was great. The front desk staff was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. "

"Beds, towels were changed but not much besides that. Watch for a female waitress by the pool, she adds tips to your bill and then never gives you change… so you end up tipping her twice. Nor enough information about special events. Overall happy with the stay. Nice access to the beach, mostly friendly staff. "

"Resort was beautiful and clean! The club room package is worth it for the room location and club amenities! Hotel staff great! Greta service on the beach and chairs and umbrellas included! The food at every restaurant is so expensive and far more expensive than the menu posted on their website. It was so expensive! "
