"Our stay at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo was such a beautiful way to end our trip to Japan! The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the thoughtful details made us feel truly cared for. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and a lovely place to unwind.
The magnificent gardens and beautiful pool made the hotel feel like a peaceful retreat in the middle of Tokyo. After busy days exploring the city, it was wonderful to return to such a relaxing setting. Give yourself time to enjoy the hotel,...

"Great place to stay in Tokyo, with a decent Shinjuku location that makes exploring the city easy. The restaurant was under renovation during our stay, so we couldn’t try the food, but having a 7-Eleven across the street and a FamilyMart nearby was very convenient. The onsen on the top floor is small but relaxing after a day of walking. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay."

"Recently stayed at than hotel and it was perfect! The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was vet spacious and clean and all amenities that were needed were provided! My one word of caution is the washer/dryer takes 3-4 hours and it won’t dry your clothes in the first round so please plan the time to do your laundry. Set it when you leave for the day and then re dry when you return but do not wait until the day before you leave so it slowly throughout your trip. I was easily able to have...
