"Staff on reception were all amazing! Very welcoming and friendly. Unexpected bonus - chewy fruit caramels on reception counter - great blast from the past! Room was warm, quiet and clean. Lovely bathroom, Molton Brown toiletries and fluffy white towels. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Chinatown or Oxford Street shops. Would definitely stay again."

Es gab jeden Abend eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit beim Aufdeckservice und zu Weihnachten handgeschriebene Karten und Schokoladenkunst. Die Restaurants sind hervorragend und es gibt beim Frühstück eine große Auswahl. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Für Musical Fans ist fast alles in Laufweite."

"The staff was excellent. They brought my bags to my room and escorted me there when my room was ready. There is no elevator and my room was on the top floor. The hotel is definitely quirky. The lobby had a beautiful real christmas tree and there were a few different sitting rooms throughout the ground level all decorated. I had a single room and the bed was super comfortable. I had plenty of room. There was a robe and a mini bar. The toilet was an actual wood throne. The location was excellent,...
