"This is a very nice looking hotel in which the rooms actually do look like the photos online which is rare! The staff were professional and welcoming and our room was clean, well presented and a good size for the price in London. The bathroom was excellent with a really great shower. "Although I love staying at the hotel and we stay there every time. I am disappointed that when I accidentally left my new jumper in one of the lounge or restaurant areas it was not there or in lost or found. Even though it was my fault for leaving it there should be some kind of surveillance or something. Not all people are honest and this time I lost out.
We enjoyed all of the hotel though, the restaurant, the 12th floor lounge and the room service. Thank you"
