"Everything was amazing, clean, large rooms to accommodate my family while in Tahoe.
Only downside- when we were calling the hotel we were not able to reach anyone at any point. And our luggage took a little longer than expected to arrive in our room. We called several times to check when luggage would come to our room.

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...
