"This was an excellent stay for our journey to London. The location is great, quiet, and easy to navigate to many destinations. "Fantastic stay! The hotel is designed in such a way that most rooms have a view of Big Ben and the Thames. The room was clean, comfortable, with a spacious bathtub. "The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. Many transportation options around the hotel.
The restaurant is also very nice - food was great, so was the staff. Breakfast was incredible.

"We arrived very early before check-in and, although our room wasn't ready, Alexandra on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the Duty Manager took care of us until we could check in.
